Bill Russell

Bill Russell joined DYNALABS in 2017. With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Bill develops and drives sales in diverse business industries. He directs key initiatives, always ensuring alignment and collaboration among sales, technical, and operations staff to maximize sales results.

As Vice President of Sales of DYNALABS, Bill manages the sales team, which consists of regional business managers and customer support specialists. He oversees and coordinates activities of the sales team to achieve objectives and goals that follow our guiding principles. Bill contributes to long-range planning with senior leadership to ensure revenue, market share growth, and profitability.

Prior to working at DYNALABS, Bill worked at Wacker Chemical Company, a global chemical company active in silicone, polymer, fine chemicals, polysilicon, and semiconductor markets, where he drove sales and development. Bill was instrumental in increasing annual sales through implementing cost-effective methods, identifying a niche in the industry, and new business development. Bill has a skill for identifying industry needs and targeting them. He has held positions such as sales manager, global key account manager, market development manager, and marketing manager. Bill began his career at Monsanto in a variety of positions in sales, manufacturing, and engineering.

Bill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Webster University in St. Louis.
