DYNALABS LLC, a St. Louis-based pharmaceuticals testing lab, is spending $1.2 million to expand its microbiology lab and office space, the company said.
The renovation, expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2018, will double capacity to relieve overcrowding and improve workflow, among other changes, officials said.
Gray Design Group has been tapped for the project, along with PortaFab of Chesterfield, Liberty Electric of O’Fallon, Missouri, and American Mechanical of Eureka.
Last year, DYNALABS finished a $1.5 million expansion of its chemistry department. Since then, it has nearly doubled its workforce. It currently has 95 employees, up from about 70 last year.
DYNALABS reported $12.11 million in revenue last year, up from $10.35 million in 2015, according to Business Journal research.
