By completing the membership registration process, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy , and any other terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers displayed elsewhere on the DYNALABS website. If you object to these terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications to them, or become dissatisfied with your membership of with the DYNALABS website any way, your only remedy is to immediately:

a) discontinue your use of the DYNALABS website; and
b) terminate your membership by notifying DYNALABS in writing – please visit Contact Us

Membership Information
When registering as a member of the DYNALABS website, you must provide DYNALABS with accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested. It is your responsibility to inform DYNALABS of any changes to that information. You may do this at any time by clicking on the Account Services section within the DYNALABS website. All personal information you provide DYNALABS as a member will be treated in accordance with the DYNALABS website Privacy Policy.

Username and Password
As a member of the DYNALABS website, you will create a Username and Password. You must ensure that these remain confidential at all times since you are entirely responsible for all activities which occur under your Username and Password, including unauthorized use of your or any other credit card. You must notify DYNALABS immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Username and Password. Each Username and Password must be used by a single user and is not transferable.
