Scott GloverScott Glover

President

Scott came to DYNALABS in 2010. He is responsible for the continued commercialization of the business which includes the vision, strategy, business plans, operations and overall growth of the company.

Scott has over 25 years of experience across the medical, pharmaceutical, life science and pharmacy industry segments. He has specific expertise in the strategy, sales, marketing and business development disciplines, all within the Fortune 500 company footprint. He has established a successful track record through this experience and knowledge in leading commercial organizations, developing business models, strategic/marketing plans, executing on tactical initiatives and delivering on financial goals and objectives. He provides a real world application to the strategic and tactical challenges of a business.

Previous employment includes:

  • Cardinal Health (SVP of Sales and Marketing - Pharmacy division)
  • Sigma- Aldrich (VP of Global Marketing)
  • Abbott Laboratories (Director of Sales & Marketing)

Scott received a degree in Industrial Management with an Industrial Engineering minor from Purdue University.

Outside of work: Scott is a board member of the non-profit organization Job Alliance as well as a board member of the St. Louis chapter of Business Marketing Association (BMA)


Russ OdegardRussell Odegard

Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Russell cofounded DYNALABS in November of 2003. He is in charge of the day to day operating activities within the organization, driven mainly by the laboratory. This includes managing a comprehensive array of services and programs which centers on innovative ways to enhance our business model.

Russell has over 25 years of experience that spans basic research, product development, operations and quality management, in the medical diagnostic, life sciences, and pharmacy industry segments. Russell has used his experience and knowledge, as well as his skills in communication and influence, to establish a successful track record of mobilizing global cross functional teams around the definition and attainment of common goals and objectives. These strengths, combined with his expertise in project and program management, have translated into the successful world-wide launch of more than 700 products over his career.

  • Sigma Aldrich (Director of Projects)
  • Sigma Diagnostics (Director of Quality)
  • Biomira Inc (Operations Manager)
  • University of Alberta JS McEachern Cancer Research Unit (Research Technologist)

Russell received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology at the University of Alberta, and his Masters in Business Administration at the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

Outside of work: Russell is a member of the Financial Advisor Board at the University of Missouri St. Louis, and has volunteered his time as a guest speaker and mentor at the Washington University, St. Louis College of Pharmacy, Fontbonne University, and University of Missouri St. Louis.



Mike PruettMichael Pruett

Managing Partner, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)

Michael cofounded DYNALABS in November, 2003. He is in charge of the legal, regulatory and administrative functionality of the organization.. Michael also manages investor relations and capital acquisition targets to extend/strengthen the company’s business model.

Michael has over 30 years of experience in pharmacy, management and business consulting. Prior to co-founding DYNALABS, Michael worked as an independent management consultant, where he specialized in performance maximization. He holds five patents, one of which is for a pharmaceutical delivery device marketed worldwide. He has held management positions in small start-up companies and large corporations, including Sigma-Aldrich.

Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy, and his Masters in Business Administration at Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri.

Outside work: Michael volunteers as a guest speaker at St. Louis University, University of Missouri at St. Louis and Washington University, as well as volunteering his time with a local animal charity.


Steve CrouseSteve Crouse

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Steve came to DYNALABS in the beginning of 2006. He is responsible for managing the financial aspects of the business, as well as the company's benefit packages. He is in charge of maintaining adequate cash flows, as well as acquiring funding for the many growth initiatives of the company.

Steve has over 25 years of experience across several industry segments including: retail, wholesale, national and international distribution. He has expertise in the financial, strategic, operational, and human resource disciplines. This expertise is from all ranges of companies from small to Fortune 500. Through this experience and knowledge, he has established a successful track record in leading growing organizations, developing strategic plans, executing on tactical initiatives and delivering financial goals and

Previous employment includes:

  • The Foreign Candy Co., Inc. (Vice President of Finance and Operations)
  • Allparts Inc. (VP and General Manager)
  • XTRA Corp. (General Accounting Manager)

Steve received an MBA in Finance, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City


Steve RoesslerSteve Roessler

Director of Business Development

Steve has been with DYNALABS since 2006. He is in charge of the sales - business development function for the organization.

Steve Roessler has over 12 years of successful selling in the pharmaceutical, medical device and compounding markets. He has been recognized for his sale performance in each industry ranging from All Star awards to top region performer. His diverse sales knowledge and experience has helped build the foundation of a very successful DYNALABS customer base (which has grown over 200% in the last couple of years)

Previous employment includes:

  • Medtronic, Neuro Division (Associate Therapeutic Consultant)
  • Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, (Sr. Account Manager)

Steve received a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Missouri-Columbia.



Cindy FowlerCindy Fowler

Director of Operations (Lab)

Cindy started with DYNALABS in 2010. She is in charge of the daily lab operations which includes the microbiology and chemistry operating units. Her responsibilities range from the overall efficiency / productivity of the lab to the quality of the testing results. She has instituted key lab initiatives to enhance the training, turnaround and sample flow in the lab

  • Covidien/Mallinckrodt, Inc (Quality Lab Manager)
  • Covidien/Mallinckrodt, Inc (Chemist, Lead Chemical Technician and Process Engineer)

Cindy received a Bachelors of Science in Biology, Minor in Chemistry, from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Cindy is currently working on her Masters in Professional Science Management and Leadership from Webster University.



Deana StuchellDeena Stuchell

Quality Manager

Deena came to DYNALABS in March 2007. She is responsible for managing all aspects of DYNALABS’ Quality Systems - including Document Management, Internal Auditing, Non Conformances and Corrective/Preventive Actions. Her operating platform is based on a Continuous Quality Improvement approach.

Deena has over 30 years experience across various segments of the science industry, including medical and research laboratories, small start up companies as well as large corporations. She has hands on expertise in lab techniques, and, prior to position at DYNALABS, has held supervisory positions in manufacturing, quality control, and validation.

  • Sigma-Aldrich (Quality Control Supervisor)
  • Sigma-Aldrich (Validation Coordinator)
