Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
DYNALABS has introduced a new program into our list of services called Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). This program is a customized testing platform exclusively developed for our customers.
The goal is to help our CQI Partners® use quality as a means to grow their business. This is accomplished by establishing a culture of continuous improvement that uses a cyclical process of testing, analysis and consulting, to continuously improve on products,
processes and people.

We work with our CQI Partners® to establish effective testing programs targeted at identifyingand monitoring current levels of quality.
Data Analysis
We help our CQI Partners® analyze data generated by the testing programs and identify opportunities to improve products, processes and people within the pharmacy.
Consulting
We utilize our extensive experience in quality improvement, marketing and networking to implement systematic improvements, measure cost savings, and help our CQI Partners® market their quality and grow revenues
This process impacts many areas of the pharmacy: policies and procedures, technique of the technicians, regulatory compliance, product and people validation, and beyond use dating. This in turn reduces the pharmacy risk as well as creates cost savings, reduces risk and generates revenue opportunities. All of this rolls up to establishing a higher level of patient safety.
